Investing in a Timeshare Property

Property has always been an important investment choice, but a holiday property (usually abroad) is out of many people's reach. Buying a timeshare (eg. 4 weeks every year of a holiday property) has been seen as a half-way solution. This has been successful for many, but there are pitfalls, like aggressive salesmen, inflated service charges, and the difficulty of selling later.
