Investing in Property
Property has always been an important investment choice, whether directly in owning a second-home, or buy-to-let, or through owning shares in property companies (which mostly invest in commercial property rather than residential). Recent years have of course seen massive rises in property values, only cooling in 2007. So this may not be the best time to invest in this area - maybe wait and see if there is a downturn!! If you buy abroad, don't forget that your investment value will change with currency rates.
