Investing in Buy To Let Property
Property has always been an important investment choice, and in recent years, buy-to-let has proved to be very successful for many. However, most of the big gains have been because of the luck of being in a rising property market, which started cooling in 2007. The positive long-term factor is that (a) large-scale immigration from Eastern Europe looks like it will continue, and (b) the government's house-building targets look hopelessly inadequate, so maybe wait and see if there is a downturn in property values, and then go for it!!
