Painting as a Hobby
In retirement, it is valuable to have hobbies and activities that are interesting and absorbing, and that ideally enable you to meet more people with a shared interest.
Painting provides a great hobby, and quite likely an opportunity to meet locally with other aspiring artists. Attending classes is a good way to refine your skills, and a way of meeting fellow enthusiasts too. Maybe one of the best ways to add to your enjoyment is to go on a week-long residential painting workshop, either in the UK or abroad.
