Ebay as a Hobby
In retirement, it is valuable to have hobbies and activities that are interesting and absorbing, and that ideally enable you to meet more people with a shared interest.
Ebay is widely used by individuals to buy items, but for a hobby, you neeed to be selling. Many people do this by acquiring items at car boot sales or other places, then posting them for sale on Ebay. You'll need to take photos, and write a few words of description, and then you can watch to see who bids!! Some people have built this into successful businesses, but far more do this as a hobby, which has the real benefit that it pays for itself, and maybe makes a small profit.
