Eating Out

In retirement, it is valuable to have hobbies and activities that are interesting and absorbing, and that ideally enable you to meet more people with a shared interest.
If eating for you is just getting enough food in to survive, then you won't want to pay to eat out at a restaurant. But 'Eating Out' is more than about getting your calories and proteins. A good restaurant will provide an experience that adds to your enjoyment, and will provide dishes that you will not experience any other way. But eating out alone is not the best way to do this, so do try and get some company for your meal!! That way you can share thoughts on what is good (and maybe not so good), and it is a perfect opportunity to discuss anything else that takes your mind.
