Art Galleries as a Hobby
In retirement, it is valuable to have hobbies and activities that are interesting and absorbing, and that ideally enable you to meet more people with a shared interest.
If you have even a small interest in art, then visiting art galleries provides many opportunities for personal enjoyment, and is a nice focus when you visit other locations, or are on holiday. You'll find it all the more enjoyable if you do some preparatory reading, and even more so if you make contact with others, who share your interest.
