Car Safety
Most of us are dependent on car travel, so it makes sense in looking at your overall security, to ensure you are as safe as possible when travelling by car. Of course, with a safety belt on, and with the assurance of airbags in modern cars, you are fairly well protected in a crash. In a city, it makes sense to lock the car doors, while travelling, so no-one can open the door at traffic lights. Once parked, hide valuables away out of sight, in particular satellite navigation devices, which are increasingly popular with thieves.
